This Thai Boxing class is suitable for all – complete beginners, intermediate, or advanced, and is a non sparring lesson. Get fit without getting hit. The session consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by pad-work and/or bag work. This may include Boxing on Spot/Focus pads, Muay Thai kicks, knee’s, elbows on Thai Pads, Punch Bags, Kick Bags, and more.
