Yoga & Meditation Cornwall.

Approximately 10 or 15 mins of meditation followed by 30 mins of Yoga.

Don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga or meditation before, we usually start with some simple deep breathing exercises, and build up from there. Yoga is a great way to relieve stress and to relax the body while stretching and strengthening it.
