This Thai Boxing class is suitable for all – complete beginners, intermediate, or advanced. This is a not a sparring lesson, but may include defense techniques and some controlled contact. The session consists of a warm-up including stretching and cardio, followed by interactive pad-work. This may include Boxing on Spot/Focus pads, Muay Thai kicks, knee’s, elbows on Thai Pads, as well as routines on Strike Shields.
